5th & 6th Grade Class Trip

Students have the opportunity to visit Springfield, IL and Walcamp Outdoor Ministry during their 5th and 6th grade years.

During the trip to Springfield, students learn about the state capital, visit the Lincoln Museum, as well as historical landmarks.

When students visit Walcamp, they engage in outdoor educational and team building activities.

7th & 8th Grade Class Trip

Students have the opportunity to visit both Washington DC and Atlanta, GA during their 7th and 8th grade years. During both trips, students visit historical sites including the White House and museums. Students look forward to these trips throughout their time at Grace!

Concha's & Coffee

During the Fall and Spring seasons, we host our complimentary Concha's & Coffee Morning as a special way to thank our families for their continued support. Parents are invited to enjoy a fresh concha and a cup of coffee at drop-off while connecting with one another and building relationships within our community.

Mexican Independence Parade

Each year, GCA proudly participates in the Annual Mexican Independence Parade as a way to celebrate our community, culture, and school spirit. Students, families, and staff come together to walk in the parade, proudly representing our school while passing out candy and school merchandise to members in the community along the route.

Lawndale 5k walk/run

Each year our families and staff represent GCA in the Lawndale Christian Health & Fitness 5K Walk/Run. Students, families, and staff are invited to participate individually or as a group, making it a fun and encouraging event for all ages and fitness levels.
This annual event promotes healthy living, physical activity, and community connection while giving our school family the opportunity to support one another and build relationships beyond the classroom. Whether walking or running, we enjoy coming together to celebrate wellness, school spirit, and our shared commitment to a healthy community.
