Admissions Process

JOIN THE GRACE FAMILY!

1. Tour the School

• Click the red button below to submit an enrollment inquiry and we will contact you to schedule a tour
• Take a tour of the school and meet with the Principal 
• Confirm tuition and/or financial aid amount
• Receive admissions approval from the school​

2. Application

• Submit an application
• Submit required forms: Child's birth certificate, medical, dental & ​eye exam
• Submit medication & allergy information
• Grades 1-8: Submit copy of most recent report card & Achievement/MAP test
• If Applicable: Submit signed release of records from former school

3. Final Registration

• Complete final registration forms & pay registration fee (see below)
• Within two weeks of registering, you'll receive an email link to enroll in FACTS, the tuition management system
• Your child's spot is only secure when all of the steps have been completed!
• All students are admitted on a probationary basis and are subject to review at the end of the first quarter

Final Registration Fees

January 17 - March 17: $25 per student
March 18 - June 7: $50 per student 
After June 7: $75 per student
