Parents are some of our greatest resources at Grace! Come with your ideas and come ready to get to work! Parent Ambassadors meets twice per month with additional working groups scheduled as needed. Our parents are looking for ways to make a difference at Grace through fundraising and improving programming for the school. Currently, Parent Ambassadors is exploring ways to raise funds for air conditioning for next year and needs YOUR help! For the latest updates from Parent Ambassador meetings, you can join the Grace P Ambassador forum and give comments or ask questions. The forum is found at: http://gracepambassadors.freeforums.net/

Are you interested in volunteering some time to help keep our building clean and looking good? We need parent volunteers to help with deep cleaning, snow removal, trash pick-up on the playground, graffiti removal, and other odd jobs. If you would be willing to help out with these types of projects, please let us know! You may also work with Parent Ambassadors and help us coordinate a volunteer day to do some building improvements at Grace

Frequent Flyer Miles
Our 7th and 8th grade classes get to experience an extended trip each May, either to Washington, D.C. or Atlanta, Georgia. Contributions of Southwest frequent flyer miles would be a tremendous help to offset the costs of these trips. Although we may have an occasional use for miles from other airlines, we have found the convenience of taking Southwest from nearby Midway Airport and no luggage fees to work best for our class trips.
Grace continues to benefit from the BoxTops program. Save your BoxTops off of many everyday purchases like cereal, granola bars, and macaroni and cheese. Cut them out and put them in an envelope to send to Grace. Every quarter we submit the BoxTops to generate cash for the school that helps cover costs of field trips, Christmas and Easter events, and other programs throughout the year.

The average student receives more than $4500 in discounts and scholarships to attend Grace Christian Academy. One way we reduce our costs is through the donation of supplies. If you have an employer or connections to other businesses that may be able to donate cleaning supplies or classroom supplies, building repairs, bus maintenance, or other services, please talk to them about Grace and help the school build connections in our community. If you are able to help with any of these types of donations, please let us know.
